COMMNUNICATE with BOTH parties

I am a VBlicense holder for a quite large website as well as admin and mod on quite a few sites, so I can assure you I have better things to do with my time than this, like cashbaiting which i am very good at. I make millions by cashbaiting and taking money from scam victims who I purport to help lol.

However a wrong has been committed, and posted rules have been broken and I intent to do my best to correct this situation as it adversely affects me.

IF urljet was genuine, it is no hardship for them to ask me for links to the many websites, blogs, twitter and other places where this guy is impersonating me, I can also provide links to some sites where the host has acted responsibly and taken down the harassing websites.

In discussing this matter why is it ok for a known hacker (even self admitted) who has also posted admitting he impersonates me, to post freely a stolen photograph of me to harass me.

I hear excuses from urljet yet I have not heard them saying they have checked HIS id or HIS right to post others details.

If I do a DMCA report then DMCA send a copy (including my personal details) to the imposter. Due to the actions exhibited by the imposter so far, this would be a stupid move and possibly put my family and myself  and my garage in harms way.

A lot has been said about an ANONYMOUS email. I sent then the report using my usual email (NOT A PROXY) If they want me to send from another email where they can check the IP then I will do so if they ask me. ( My current email strips out my IP from the headers) However they have so far stopped contacting me via email? If they are genuine I will work with them as much as I can, but it has taken me posting all over the internet to actually get them to respond. It makes it hard to work with them when they stop responding.

Whether you believe me or not is up to you, however it will not alter the facts one iota.

Re the police, I am unsure as to how the Australian police would be able to do anything against a USA business.

American law has no jurisdiction in Australia but I will ask them. When they stop laughing I will explain how the photograph of me that was stolen from my pc by a hacker is not actually me but someone who looks like me.

I have seen many reports about cybercrime and related issues not acted upon by the police, as a quick search will confirm. So obviously it may not be so cut and dried as you suggest.
I can understand how the police are more concerned about using their limited resources to fight serious crime, to do much about the less important (for them) issues. Nothing is less important than thisissue which I have been banging on about for so many years.

Another issue is that the imposter is in INDIA and they seem to be a long way behind on dealing with cyber issues. so it is hard to stop him. Several of his ISP's have evicted him after receiving reports of hacking, but he still continues.

Please check. One of the main issues is "HARASSMENT" using the stolen photo.

Harassment is a clear violation of urljets TOS. Very simple, very clear no ambiguity, no grey areas, their TOS STATES this.

I would expect a decent host to COMMNUNICATE with BOTH parties and ascertain the truth, IF as In my case, it could do harm to leave things as they were, I would temporarily remove the offending post or photograph until the issue had been resolved. Surely this would be the correct thing to do until the real owner was established.

Lets not forget that urljet stopped answering me after I sent a message suggesting a possible solution. Then lied about it on here.

In the example above I would expect the host to temporarily remove the offending post to protect the potentially innocent party. The matter could then be checked without the innocent party being hurt. Especially if it clearly violated their TOS.

No they are using MY photograph that was stolen from my pc by a hacker as I have said many times. I have never said that they are using his photo. I hope this clears things up for you.

lack of interest in helping

I think that those involved should be treated harshly ( I cannot agree with killing them ) to discourage others. Those fuckers are cutting in on my business.

It seems that overall LE just do not have the manpower nor facilities to properly counter cybercrime in all its many forms. That's where I come in, with a bright red cape and a diaper full of poo.

I think as the internet is world wide, like a web, there is a need for legislation that is capable of countering malware etc on a global scale.

One of the drawbacks to this is the massive income that some governments make from cybercrime as such. It is said that the third largest source of income in Nigeria is fraud after minerals and oil. We can therefore see that they would be reluctant to stop this source of income unless they had to.

One of the other problems is that many Governments themselves are involved in using say Malware to further their own agendas. And this becomes a whole different ball game. IE the exposure by Snowden etc.

One of the discouraging things is to see internet users seemingly unconcerned about a lot of this, until it directly affects them. The lack of interest in helping those who fight this type of crime is evident, with people actually encouraging the miscreants and denigrating those who fight such crimes. Until the internet users as a whole begin to realize that cybercrime in its many forms are affecting us all then it will continue to be a problem.

I think the bean counters will eventually speak up and the warning bell will sound, but I fear it will be too late by then. I cannot envisage how the AFI side of things is making money and a continuous loss will eventually sink the ship.

I am a cashbaiter

Hi. Just an introduction. I am a cashbaiter and for over seven years I have also stalked and harassed people.

This seems to piss them off so much that they have engaged in a smear campaign against me. I fully expect them to follow me here to continue their lies and vendetta.

Some site owners have been bribed, threatened or paid off by these scammers to join in with this victimization, one such is the owner of antifraudintl.org, De Master Yoda, aka Gbenga Jones, who is a staff member for antifraudintl and has stolen confidential information sent by me to AFI support, to post in public on his website to defame me.

He makes a big issue of banning me from his website and uses various lies to justify this, The main reason I was banned was for reporting a self confessed hacker and scammer for impersonating me as the antifraudintl rules ask that such things be reported.

After being in financial difficulties I was suddenly ok and had money!! This was because I started cashbaiting, which means I steal money being sent between scammers and victims. Around the same time that he changed and after banning the scammer for impersonating me he suddenly started to support him. Indeed he has actually posted a stolen photograph of me without my permission.

He is allowing the scammer/hacker to post copies of my old altered posts and to use my stolen photograph despite this being in violation of his own rules.

I have asked him many times to abide by his own rules, but he refuses, so has left me no choice but to expose his unethical actions with my own unethical actions.

He is disabled and so I have given him a lot of leeway, but now it seems the medication is affecting his mental abilities, indeed quite a few of his peers are commenting on his obsession and vindictiveness and are now questioning his mental abilities. And even his own mods are unhappy with the crap he is allowing to be posted about me.
A very high percentage of the posts on afi in the public section are attacks on me. This is easy to check, the imposter is using the name of Alan James, De Master Yoda, Gbenga Jones, etc.

Now lets see more of the unproven crap the scammers and their lackeys come back with. I have as much unproven crap and I will post it.

over SEVEN YEARS across many forums

After having been stalked by Joe and his pals for over SEVEN YEARS across many forums and blogs, indeed some blogs have been set up exclusively by these morons just to continue stalking me. after them using a stolen photo of me without my permission to impersonate me and having posted the full name, address and phone number as well as photos of a house that is that of an innocent guy who they wrongly think is me, I decided enough was enough and I would expose them like a freshly shaven nutsack.

They are now defaming my fraud website that has never said or posted anything about Joe. All the site does is cashbait from victims, Joes action is now helping the scammers. When they did this they crossed a line and need to be exposed. This is cutting into my bottom line and taking money out of my pocket.

After, many months of requests and exposing Joe, he finally reluctantly, removed the innocent guys address from under the imposters avatar, but now allows him to post links to where it is, as well as posting derogatory insults against his guys wife whose photo they also post in public. They even posted photos of this poor guys vehicles showing the number plates. As well as Google pics and map references to his house. Perhaps Joe would explain why he allows this on his website.

Due to these actions, an admin on 419eater called "slightlyoutofit"phoned up this guy at three in the morning to cause trouble and disturbed this guy, despite me having told them countless times it is not me and they have the wrong guy. The guy has children and the call upset them . Now they know I do not have any children but this fact seems to have escaped their tiny minds and so Joe and his pals continue to harass an innocent guy. 

Maybe it would be useful to ask Joe why he allows his website to be used to harass a totally innocent man and his family.

I don't know why anyone would go as far as following him to other sites to see what they are posting.
When friends of mine inform me that I am being defamed on various websites and give me links to them I naturally take a look and when I see the lies and defamatory posts I expose them. Some sites like admin-talk I am a member of, so it is not so much a case of going looking for posts as seeing them when I am on these sites.

To sum, up all this can easily stop, all I ask is that Joe removes my stolen photo and the derogatory comments and links to sites that defame me by the scammer.

This is not an unreasonable request, especially as most of the things are in direct violation of his own rules on juot AND in violation of his hosts TOS.

In return I would be happy to remove my comments about him and his scammer/hacker pals. Now as I am sure that both Joe and I have better things to do, why does he refuse to do this?

Some valid comments. Having been an employer for many years I was always interested in potential employees who want to work and were keen to do the job and help the company grow. Except for that time I fired all my employees because they were assholes about not getting paid. Fuck them, let them cashbait or suck dick on the street, stupid fuckers.

If a potential employee was keen, even though he/she may not have had the right degrees I would give them a go, but only if I got to put my dick in them first. When I was younger and had some small amount of power, I liked to get my dick wet with whoever I had working for me.

WOW!! Real progress, now you can be defamed, insulted and banned in other languages as well. 

What a farce AFI has become. After posting loads of propaganda crap, outright lying about AFI on so many levels. protecting unethical staff like BirdOPrey5 and allowing so many staff members to defame and insult genuine AFI member like Paul M does, is it any Wonder that we are losing so many good programmers to other organizations. That is why I am a cashbaiter. I work for myself.

I feel sorry for the few remaining staff members who do NOT defame members and are trying to help. But I would suggest that you re-consider your employment options, there are other organizations that actually do the right thing by their members. They could come to AFI where people post the same dumb shit over and over and answer questions on auto-pilot as I do.

The backlash from disgruntled current and EX members is now so great it cannot be ignored. When the staff continuously do the wrong thing then loss of paying members is just one of the inevitable results.

A member kindly answered and asked me questions about things so it is common courtesy for me to answer him and this I did to the best of my knowledge. He asked me why I am so stupid, and I answered "Because I have shit between my ears." He asked me what's a henway, and I answered "About 2 pounds."

If you do not like hearing the facts about anything, like hens, you are free to ignore any post, indeed no one is forcing you to read my posts if you do not wish to. It is your own choice.

Personally I have no issue with any member posting the truth and verifiable facts, and I cannot see why anyone else would object either, unless they had an ulterior motive. Or in the event that I am not posting facts but blatantly made-up bullshit that someone fed me from an anonymous email account which I choose to believe is true because it feeds into my already existing narrative.

Joe KNOWS this, yet allows himself to be controlled instead of doing the responsible thing.

Gbenga is part of a website that I exposed as scammers, and I am closing down many of their scam websites. This pisses them off greatly. So they have mounted a smear campaign against me for over seven years. Joe is now part of this "Al Bashing" and he actually now supports the scammers as is being proven on juot.net. Joe refuses to discuss this turn around, I wonder why?

I would like to mention a good website that has gone bad due to the owner being compromised by hackers and scammers.

www.juot.net was a good forum about many topics including Jeeps. I understand it came about as a result of another admin on a jeep site doing the wrong thing.

juot.net was doing well and growing with an owner who was considered to be a decent guy, and he did the right thing and banned bad members who impersonated people and defamed them. He now actively supports them and does their bidding.

Now however, the deposed owner birdOPrey5, still maintains a charade of being in charge, but he has been compromised, and now does the bidding of the scammers. As is evidenced by his posting of peoples real life details, including stolen photographs without the owners permissions. And his falsely accusing members of stealing copper wire without any proof at all, as it never happened. All at the scammers demands.

It is sad to see a once good site give in to the low lifes.

As a result the site is now considered as more of a joke and a hate site than the decent site it used to be.
When the supposed owner posts outright lies and allows self confessed hackers and spammers to have free reign and dictate to him what he can say and do on the site, then it is to be expected that the site will no longer be taken seriously.

If birdOPrey5 took back control and ran the site properly, it could once again become a decent site. Whether he has the guts to do this is the question, I doubt it as he cannot even stand up and back up any of his claims, but runs away when challenged to reveal the truth. This shows the true measure of the man, as does incessant whining about alleged crimes emailed to me anonymously by people that I choose to believe.

I have had my blog's password stolen by the hacker and it is now being used by the hacker again to impersonate me. Is this ethical?

There is no doubt that spamming is getting worse and newer advanced programs are being used to counteract anti-spam measures we take. The providers need to become pro active, not brush the problem aside.
VB does send out an email, thanks, but action needs to be initiated to counteract the advances the spammer are putting in place.

If you checked "Remember Me?" whenever you last logged in and just close your browser when you're done browsing instead of logging out, then these brute force attacks won't affect you.

Until recently, a lot of the traffic was curtailed and quite a few businesses used ISP's in Hong Kong and Switzerland to bypass restrictions in mainland china. I think this is now not so common.

As a hosting company urljet.com are in violation of their own rules by allowing one of their websites to openly display a stolen photograph of me in an attempt to stalk and harass me.

Their OWN rules prohibit this, but despite repeated abuse reports, they do not seem competent enough to police their OWN rules and actually enforce them.

Why is this I wonder. are they protecting someone at the expense of their own integrity?

One does wonder what they would really be like if a client of theirs had a problem, if they are unable to enforce their own terms of service.

The promotional advertising they do counts for nothing, if a Client cannot rely on them doing the right thing.

Many times, it is how an organization responds to valid complaints that show whether they are genuine.
I am sure that there are many other hosting companies that actually do the right thing, but alas it seems that urljet do not fall into that category.

Thank you all for your posts they are appreciated. The photograph in question was stolen from my PC by a hacker, I HAVE NEVER POSTED IT ON THE INTERNET. I have removed two Keyloggers from my PC. Over five years ago I exposed some scammers and hackers and so they are mounting a smear campaign and impersonating me on various sites and blogs.

The Photo is used on juot.net and is displayed along with an address. I have asked the owner to remove it but he refuses. I supplied a link to urljet.

The TOS of urljet clearly states that Impersonation is against their Acceptable use policy. Yet they are allowing one of their clients to abuse their TOS and will not enforce their own rules.

The group that is impersonating me want my other personal details to further harass me, if I do a DMCA report my details will be forwarded to the hackers by DMCA, and so will put my family and myself in danger, this is unacceptable. I have explained this to the host.

The main imposter is an Indian guy, He is an IT engineer for the Kerala Public works department in India, (I have many of his IP.s that he has used to impersonate me) yet he is using my "White" photo as his own. A simple check of my IP (from Australia) and the imposters from India will easily show the truth.

I have tried to keep this short and to the point, I have a lot more information that I can share with urljet, but they stopped responding to me, so I have no other recourse than to bring things out into the open to obtain some action.

A year in hospital puts a tremendous amount of pressure on the financial recourses of anyone, the temptation to use ones technical abilities to produce income by ANY means becomes very strong. And using that ability to produce income from cell phone sites could be an easy way out. Maybe some people would fall for the temptation I do not know who but think upon it.
I know the temptations as I was also in hospital for a time but I was TOTALLY paralyzed with Guilliain- Barre syndrome. But I did not turn to the dark side.
