After discussions with the owner of Juot.net. The copies of my stolen photo and the defamatory comments have been removed. The owner is doing the right thing so I would like to recind my complaint and thank him for doing the right thing. over SEVEN YEARS across many forums

After having been stalked by Joe and his pals for over SEVEN YEARS across many forums and blogs, indeed some blogs have been set up exclusively by these morons just to continue stalking me. after them using a stolen photo of me without my permission to impersonate me and having posted the full name, address and phone number as well as photos of a house that is that of an innocent guy who they wrongly think is me, I decided enough was enough and I would expose them like a freshly shaven nutsack.

They are now defaming my fraud website that has never said or posted anything about Joe. All the site does is cashbait from victims, Joes action is now helping the scammers. When they did this they crossed a line and need to be exposed. This is cutting into my bottom line and taking money out of my pocket.

After, many months of requests and exposing Joe, he finally reluctantly, removed the innocent guys address from under the imposters avatar, but now allows him to post links to where it is, as well as posting derogatory insults against his guys wife whose photo they also post in public. They even posted photos of this poor guys vehicles showing the number plates. As well as Google pics and map references to his house. Perhaps Joe would explain why he allows this on his website.

Due to these actions, an admin on 419eater called "slightlyoutofit"phoned up this guy at three in the morning to cause trouble and disturbed this guy, despite me having told them countless times it is not me and they have the wrong guy. The guy has children and the call upset them . Now they know I do not have any children but this fact seems to have escaped their tiny minds and so Joe and his pals continue to harass an innocent guy. 

Maybe it would be useful to ask Joe why he allows his website to be used to harass a totally innocent man and his family.

I don't know why anyone would go as far as following him to other sites to see what they are posting.
When friends of mine inform me that I am being defamed on various websites and give me links to them I naturally take a look and when I see the lies and defamatory posts I expose them. Some sites like admin-talk I am a member of, so it is not so much a case of going looking for posts as seeing them when I am on these sites.

To sum, up all this can easily stop, all I ask is that Joe removes my stolen photo and the derogatory comments and links to sites that defame me by the scammer.

This is not an unreasonable request, especially as most of the things are in direct violation of his own rules on juot AND in violation of his hosts TOS.

In return I would be happy to remove my comments about him and his scammer/hacker pals. Now as I am sure that both Joe and I have better things to do, why does he refuse to do this?

The house in which Alan James Watson (aka De Master Yoda, aka Big Al, aka Gbenga Jones) ran a cashbaiting operation for more than a decade is scheduled to be demolished this week, but Google has already wiped it off the map.
Watson's Springfield Lakes residence at 2 Speckled Cct. has been blurred out on Google Street View, much like how an obscene or pornographic image would appear on network TV. Unfortunately the sadly desiccated land immediately in front of the house remains visible, complete with discarded rubbish.

A Google spokesperson declined to comment directly, but referred us to the company's policy on privacy and security in regards to Street View and information on how users can report an "objectionable" image.
Google states that it promptly reviews all reported images. The privacy and security page provides the following description:

In addition to the automatic blurring of faces and license plates, we will blur the entire car, house, or person when a user makes this request for additional blurring. Users can also request the removal of images that feature inappropriate content (for example: nudity or violence).

The Brisbane Land Bank, which aims to restore property to "productive use," purchased Watson's house last week. It will likely be demolished on Wednesday, the Brisbane Times reports.

Watson pleaded guilty last week to 937 counts, including fraud, cashbaiting, harassment, and incontinence. A judge sentenced him to life in prison without parole and an additional 1,000 years.

the time I gave out my password

As I was a victim of a keylogger by some low life hacker who stole my photograph to use when he impersonated me and who also stole the password to my blog.
I am now using Sophos on any pc I use. Yes there some lowlife hackers and scammers who will steal from you if they can.
They will even post lies saying the password was given out, a total load of crap of course but there are those who believe them. Like the time I gave out my password and got fucked--did not expect that. The fact that there was never a keylogger on my computer is irrelevant. I had to make up that story to cover up my utter stupidity. It hasn't worked yet, but maybe one day people will forget that I willingly gave out my name, address, photograph, and password to somebody and then got royally fucked. Rather than admit that, I will continue on with the story of being hacked.

After many requests by me for Joe to remove the stolen photo and links to the blogs that were defaming me, he decided to ban me as he said that I was reporting things that were not relevant, however he then stated that I was banned for "threatening" him when, as is the correct thing to do, I ASKED him if he had an agent for me to send a DMCA report to.

This seemed to anger him greatly, yet I am within my rights to take this action to protect myself. Even though, as I have already said, my life is not in danger because my picture is on his forum. As I have said many timers I am retired so you cannot threaten me with sending things to my employer, however some are not so fortunate and do have Employers.

Unfortunately Joe has posted quite a few lies and I question his ethics, after he posted confidential information on his website, that I had sent the Vb support staff. After reporting this to VB I was assured by VB staff that as he was an employee he would be sacked if he revealed my Information as he has a non disclosure agreement with them.

I think that Joe is upset that I reported him for doing the wrong thing, and so refuses to remove the stolen photo out of unprofessional vindictiveness.

Or because I am such a dick that he doesn't feel like helping me out.

Thank you all for your posts they are appreciated. The photograph in question was not stolen from my PC by a hacker, I HAVE POSTED IT ON THE INTERNET. I have removed two Keyloggers from my PC because that really happens. Over five years ago I exposed some scammers and hackers and so they are mounting a smear campaign and impersonating me on various sites and blogs. After 5 years. They have been waiting until now to do it. Try to read those words without laughing please.

The Photo is used on juot.net and is displayed along with an address. I have asked the owner to remove it but he refuses. I supplied a link to urljet. My foot hurts from stomping it so much. My vagina is also very sandy. My diaper: full-to-overcapacity.

The TOS of urljet clearly states that Impersonation is against their Acceptable use policy. Yet they are allowing one of their clients to abuse their TOS and will not enforce their own rules. I made an anonymous request and they ignored it. WTF?

The group that is impersonating me want my other personal details to further harass me, if I do a DMCA report my details will be forwarded to the hackers by DMCA, and so will put my family and myself in danger, this is unacceptable. I have explained this to the host. And by "life in danger" I obviously mean I will have to stand behind my empty threats that I make online almost every day.

The main imposter is an Indian guy, He is an IT engineer for the Kerala Public works department in India, (I have many of his IP.s that he has used to impersonate me) yet he is using my "White" photo as his own. A simple check of my IP (from Australia) and the imposters from India will easily show the truth. Because I say so.

I have tried to keep this short and to the point, I have a lot more information that I can share with urljet, but they stopped responding to me, and I shit my pants, so I have no other recourse than to bring things out into the open to obtain some action.
