Trolls can fall into may categories. The main ones seem to be the ones who spam websites with their links to what are many times shady websites, they are in fact stealing YOUR bandwidth for their own benefit and quick action is needed by the mods to stop them from taking over. antifraudintl.org falls into this category.

In my observation it has been increasingly common and acceptable for younger guys to bust each others balls in social settings, and say random offensive things to get reactions out of each other.

This is one thing but when they move along to defame OTHERS for laughs then this is wrong and needs to be stopped.

Especially when some sites like "The Ranter and encyclopedia dramatica as well as others, do not allow the victim to reply or dogpile on anyone who tries to defend themselves, included in that abuse is the allowing certain "inner core" members to impersonate the said victims and continue to defame them by posting altered copies of the victims posts out of context.

Some blame must be allocated to admins who knowingly allow these "trolls" to impersonate their other members and guests.

Where is a line drawn? This type of 'Trolling" can lead to bullying and suicide for the victims There has been over 90 suicides by victims of some 'Purge' Groups and this is where some of these spammers bully people just for laughs.

There has been a lot of pants shitting too, which no one wants to talk about, but I will. I've got a full load in there right now as a matter of fact.

Dos this mean that all the members will be treated equally, and that I will no longer be discriminated against and will be allowed to copy and paste from other websites like every one else can, without my posts being deleted? Will I be allowed to talk about my pantload?

As we now have a new owner, can I take it that as long as it does not violate any rules I can copy and paste in the same way that every one else can? and can I now use the name of a certain member (He who cannot be named) without being banned for it, as has been the case so far?

In other words, am I allowed to defame someone else in the same way that I complain about? I just want to do the exact thing I accuse others of.

I would appreciate the site being run in a fair way as you have said you will try to do so, and that everyone will be treated equally.

I am chasing a guy in India who is actively running some of these websites, that sell programs for harvesting. When I take my meds, it all goes away, which is why I stopped taking my meds.

There is no doubt that spamming is getting worse and newer advanced programs are being used to counteract anti-spam measures we take. The providers need to become pro active, not brush the problem aside.
VB does send out an email, thanks, but action needs to be initiated to counteract the advances the spammer are putting in place.

If you checked "Remember Me?" whenever you last logged in and just close your browser when you're done browsing instead of logging out, then these brute force attacks won't affect you.

Exact figures are hard to come by. But it does appear that most spam comes from the USA. Where did I get that fact? From my diaper, where I also got the following nuggets:

They have made large strides recently to curb scammers and other fraud. Closing down large numbers of bad sites etc . This is to their credit and is welcome.

Until recently, a lot of the traffic was curtailed and quite a few businesses used ISP's in Hong Kong and Switzerland to bypass restrictions in mainland china. I think this is now not so common.

It is a very wise move to REGULARLY change our passwords. There are a lot of people on the internet who would like to have our passwords so changing them is always a good move. 

A "safe" password is usually at least 15 characters long, This is untrue, but who the fuck is going to argue with me? Gbenga Jones? 

A 15-character password composed only of random letters and numbers is about 33333,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 times stronger than an 8-character password composed of characters from the entire keyboard. I did not just make up that number, it's 100% true ok thanks

The safest way is to use a combination of letters AND numbers. "419eater" is a good one.

One of the best ways to help protect ourselves is to REGULARLY change our passwords. Or not give out our passwords and photos to strangers like I do. 

Contrary to popular opinion it is ok to write down our passwords so we can remember them, PROVIDED this information is kept safe and secure where imaginary keyloggers can't get them.

Also contrary to popular belief, it is ok to use "419eater" as your password so long as you don't then just give it out to people like a complete twat.

I am a victim of a hosting company

Although not a client of urljet, I too am having a lot of problems with urljet being very uncooperative. I have stamped my foot vigorously and made idiotic demands of them but they won't listen to me.

A good organization would work with assholes like me to help settle any problems. My opinion is that they do not fall into this category.

I cannot comment on their speed etc only on my unfortunate personal experience with them when I was told to file a DMCA request to get what I want, which I refuse to do, so now I am reduced to being an asswipe in public AGAIN !!

The only thing I would consider removing is the image. Links to blogs and posts you find objectionable are off the table because you can't even claim copyright over these things, only, possibly, the image."

The so called right to email you is of no consequence, it just denies you being able to obtain information quicker. Your loss.

No Joe, Not "only possibly the image" Most certainly, I have proved my copyright over the image that Chandra stated he stole from my pc (see his post where he admits it) By his post publicly ADMITTING he stole it, any possible legal reason for not removing it you thought you had, is gone.

Joe I have proved that the copyright is mine as both the subject and the photographer, Chandra has admitted he stole it and is using it without my permission.

I again officially request that you remove it, as it is obviously not Chandras property and he has NO Right to the use of it.
