An apology for what? Telling the truth and trying to defend myself? If I was wrong I would have no hesitation in saying so. Like everyone else I am human and make mistakes (actually that's a lie), if you can prove to me that I am wrong I would apologise. However in the past, many times, when I have offered to mediate and work with you to settle things, you have declined to answer.

I have informed you that the photo is mine, and now under penalty of perjury I have informed you of this. I also informed you that it wasn't mine, but I changed my mind about that. HAR FUCKING HAR. I just shit my pants from laughing.

Joe I used to respect you (that's a lie too), but you have constantly lied and posted derogatory things about me and others for your own amusement. Just as I have done.

You say you are sick of me. The answer is quite easy, remove the copies of my posts that soyl has posted and the illegally obtained photo that you KNOW is mine (despite my having denied it is mine) and you KNOW is not soyls. Until this happenms I will never stop defending myself against this impersonator.

You know that I will never give up. I have been fighting these hackers and spammers for over five years I will continue, until things are set right. I'm just that stupid. During the over five years of the smear campaign against me, yes I actually told ONE lie to defend myself from the morons, I said the photo was of another. Hang me for this if it makes you feel happy, yet apart from a genuine mistake about the size of various websites in all the five years with the exception of the above no one has been able to prove that what I say is not true. I always tell the truth, except for those times when I don't. I decide what's the truth.

To show that I am genuine, I apologise for misleading you with a lie that I used, in saying the photo was of another. I'm not really sorry though lol.

Indeed many times, even on here, what you have said has backed up the truth of what I have posted.

I have only defended myself against your lies and untruths you posted in a feeble attempt to embarrass me, which is unnecessary since I embarrass myself without anyone's help.

If you remember, many times I respectfully asked you to remove my photograph. you refused so I will take whatever action I deem reasonable to defend myself from the imposters, as I am sure you would as well.

As a hosting company urljet.com are in violation of their own rules by allowing one of their websites to openly display a stolen photograph of me in an attempt to stalk and harass me.

Their OWN rules prohibit this, but despite repeated abuse reports, they do not seem competent enough to police their OWN rules and actually enforce them.

Why is this I wonder. are they protecting someone at the expense of their own integrity?

One does wonder what they would really be like if a client of theirs had a problem, if they are unable to enforce their own terms of service.

The promotional advertising they do counts for nothing, if a Client cannot rely on them doing the right thing.

Many times, it is how an organization responds to valid complaints that show whether they are genuine.
I am sure that there are many other hosting companies that actually do the right thing, but alas it seems that urljet do not fall into that category.

Thank you all for your posts they are appreciated. The photograph in question was stolen from my PC by a hacker, I HAVE NEVER POSTED IT ON THE INTERNET. I have removed two Keyloggers from my PC. Over five years ago I exposed some scammers and hackers and so they are mounting a smear campaign and impersonating me on various sites and blogs.

The Photo is used on juot.net and is displayed along with an address. I have asked the owner to remove it but he refuses. I supplied a link to urljet.

The TOS of urljet clearly states that Impersonation is against their Acceptable use policy. Yet they are allowing one of their clients to abuse their TOS and will not enforce their own rules.

The group that is impersonating me want my other personal details to further harass me, if I do a DMCA report my details will be forwarded to the hackers by DMCA, and so will put my family and myself in danger, this is unacceptable. I have explained this to the host.

The main imposter is an Indian guy, He is an IT engineer for the Kerala Public works department in India, (I have many of his IP.s that he has used to impersonate me) yet he is using my "White" photo as his own. A simple check of my IP (from Australia) and the imposters from India will easily show the truth.

I have tried to keep this short and to the point, I have a lot more information that I can share with urljet, but they stopped responding to me, so I have no other recourse than to bring things out into the open to obtain some action.

I am a victim of a hosting company

Although not a client of urljet, I too am having a lot of problems with urljet being very uncooperative. I have stamped my foot vigorously and made idiotic demands of them but they won't listen to me.

A good organization would work with assholes like me to help settle any problems. My opinion is that they do not fall into this category.

I cannot comment on their speed etc only on my unfortunate personal experience with them when I was told to file a DMCA request to get what I want, which I refuse to do, so now I am reduced to being an asswipe in public AGAIN !!

In summary: I do not like urljet because I am a stupid fuckwit who cannot get it through his thick skull that people don't have to do what I want just because I say so, and my vagina is as sandy as ever. I just can't shake it out.
