fake Apple products

I think they would have been fake Apple products.
I was talking to some apple retailers and they said that Apple usually keeps the price close to retail and do not discount much, so if the products are advertised at half price or heavily discounted, it is a sure sign they are not genuine.
Yes, many fake sites advertise really cheap products but do not deliver, and will not reply when a customer asks about the goods he has paid for.
If a two thousand dollar product is advertised for five hundred dollars, amid claims that it is a brand name product. it should set of warnings.
At best you will get a cheap copy, usually you will lose your money.
