I am a VBlicense holder for a quite large website as well as admin and mod on quite a few sites, so I can assure you I have better things to do with my time than this, like cashbaiting which i am very good at. I make millions by cashbaiting and taking money from scam victims who I purport to help lol.

However a wrong has been committed, and posted rules have been broken and I intent to do my best to correct this situation as it adversely affects me.

IF urljet was genuine, it is no hardship for them to ask me for links to the many websites, blogs, twitter and other places where this guy is impersonating me, I can also provide links to some sites where the host has acted responsibly and taken down the harassing websites.

In discussing this matter why is it ok for a known hacker (even self admitted) who has also posted admitting he impersonates me, to post freely a stolen photograph of me to harass me.

I hear excuses from urljet yet I have not heard them saying they have checked HIS id or HIS right to post others details.

A lot has been said about an ANONYMOUS email. I sent then the report using my usual email (NOT A PROXY) If they want me to send from another email where they can check the IP then I will do so if they ask me. ( My current email strips out my IP from the headers) However they have so far stopped contacting me via email? If they are genuine I will work with them as much as I can, but it has taken me posting all over the internet to actually get them to respond. It makes it hard to work with them when they stop responding.

Re the police, I am unsure as to how the Australian police would be able to do anything against a USA business.

American law has no jurisdiction in Australia but I will ask them. When they stop laughing I will explain how the photograph of me that was stolen from my pc by a hacker is not actually me but someone who looks like me.

I have seen many reports about cybercrime and related issues not acted upon by the police, as a quick search will confirm. So obviously it may not be so cut and dried as you suggest.
I can understand how the police are more concerned about using their limited resources to fight serious crime, to do much about the less important (for them) issues. Nothing is less important than thisissue which I have been banging on about for so many years.

Another issue is that the imposter is in INDIA and they seem to be a long way behind on dealing with cyber issues. so it is hard to stop him. Several of his ISP's have evicted him after receiving reports of hacking, but he still continues.

I would expect a decent host to COMMNUNICATE with BOTH parties and ascertain the truth, IF as In my case, it could do harm to leave things as they were, I would temporarily remove the offending post or photograph until the issue had been resolved. Surely this would be the correct thing to do until the real owner was established.

Lets not forget that urljet stopped answering me after I sent a message suggesting a possible solution. Then lied about it on here.

In the example above I would expect the host to temporarily remove the offending post to protect the potentially innocent party. The matter could then be checked without the innocent party being hurt. Especially if it clearly violated their TOS.

So how many have been banned / sent to Coventry etc on antifraudintl.org.

Lets try to get a figure on how many have been victimized. Saying I have been victimized in no way trvilializes what it means to be a victim because no one has suffered more than I have.

Not counting those whose posts have been deleted or altered in an attempt to hide the facts from other members.

If you feel that quoting the exact words of others, that as far as I am aware do not break any rules, are to be removed, how about deleting the defamatory false accusations and lies by Mark B against me and others that DO violate the rules. Indeed you have quite rightly posted comments that express your opinion of things like your recent ones and quite a few others that are not complimentary to the receiver. Some of your comments are quite strong but they are not removed. Should these also be removed. I think not. 

If one comment is ok then why not a few? IF I was lying then yes, the posts should be removed, but when I am quoting his exact words ( so there is no mistake) and telling the truth then I see very little justification in having the comments removed whilst the insulting false ones are allowed to remain.

How many posts on here are blasting AFI and antifraudintl.org staff. How many others are commenting on the actions of Mark B and other AFI staff? My confession

It is unfortunately necessary to post this thread since slanderous, defamatory and libelous comments about AFI and its members are being posting on various other forums by me, Alan James Watson. This is my confession. These actions come from me, a very foolish old man in Australia known on some forums as De Master Yoda or simply Alan James or sometimes Sgt. Shithead Poopypants. For some time now I have been a badger and a troll. There may be a good reason for this. I don't know what that reason is because I'm a twat.

I, Alan James Wastson aka De Master Yoda, am a member of the cashbaiting website AFI on which I am also a twat. Under their rules and guidelines I believe that posting slanderous and libelous comments about other websites is acceptable. Abusing members of that website is acceptable. Impersonating other members of that site is acceptable. I leave it to R... or D... or M.... or any other letter to operate their website in accordance with the rules of that website. If that makes no sense to you then join the fucking club.

1. For several years now I have been following Joe around the net for some reason, mainly because I am such a twat. I believe that Joe is a man in a wheelchair with initials. I copy old garbage that Daniel has posted elsewhere and I pretend that this is current or up to date. That is wrong as it not actually current or up to date.

4. Recent threats to AFI.
This is a direct quote from an email which I, AJW, recently sent to AFI.

Has it occurred to you that along with the phone call, there have been lots of harassment in the form of posting his address many times, posting the google map referenced to his address, Po0sting photos of his house many times, posting photos showing the license plates of his vehicles, posting images of who I assume is his wife, posting defamatory comments about his wife, Posting saying he is a child molester and that he changed his name and was deported from the UK.

I think any reasonable person would class this as harassment.

I have respectfully and politely asked Joe to remove the stolen photo of me that he has ADMITTED is my photo many times, I have pleaded, asked, begged and even apologized for a slight insult after he said he would accept an apology, all to no avail. His refusal to do the right thing and remove the stolen photo of me has left me no option but to defend myself by exposing him and letting people know that what he is doing is wrong.
Surely when attacked in this way I have a right to defend myself. He is now publicly accusing me of being a scammer. He posts proof as there is alot. This is another line crossed.

At one stage, after he banned Chandra for impersonating me on juot, I thanked him and praised him for it. Then after he suddenly got out of a financial hole he was in, everything suddenly changed and he started to support the defamation of me on his site. And to support the scammers.
I know that these scammers have in the past blackmailed and bribed people to do their will. 2+2 =4. 

There is as far as I am aware NO other reason for Joe to allow the use of my stolen photo on his site, as he cannot possibly have any personal goal in doing this as it was there BEFORE I started to expose him.. The photo was stolen from my PC by a hacker, it is interesting to know how Joe and his hacker friends have it, until my post on here I had NEVER posted it on the internet.

A post was made saying that it may not be Joe and crew that is stalking me but the other way around. A reasonable assumption, so lets look at the subject a little closer.

On Joes website juot.net lets look at the most recent posts in the public section "Off Topic Light" Not counting the two at the top that are other types of posts, there shows 30 posts of these, 255 are commenting on or attacking me! That's a lot of posts and completely true.

As I have said many times, Joe is allowing his website to be used to harass, impersonate and defame me, ALL in violation of his OWN site rules and common decency. I would never do such a thing, except for those times when I do exactly that.

Lets now look at a new test website that Joe owns and has set up, apparently to test the new VBcloud system. "cyberpolice" The vast majority of posts are just to defame me and he even includes the name of a totally innocent guy. He is also allowing a guy known as Big Al (real name Alan James Watson) a known scammer and a person who was DEPORTED from Yorkshire as a sex pervert, to post on his website and even includes Alan's photo as his avatar to prove it is him.

I think that this and the defamatory comments by Joe on other sites clearly show he is allowing the stalking of me and is actively taking part himself.

Hi. Just an introduction. I fight scammers and for over seven years I have been stalked and harassed by some scammers whose scam websites I helped close down. There is no proof I have done this, just take my word for it.

This seems to piss them off so much that they have engaged in a smear campaign against me. I fully expect them to follow me here to continue their lies and vendetta.

Some site owners have been bribed, threatened or paid off by these scammers to join in with this victimization, one such is the owner of antifraudintl.org. De Master Yoda, who is a staff member for vBulletin and has stolen confidential information sent by me to Vb support, to post in public on his website to defame me.

He makes a big issue of banning me from his website and uses various lies to justify this, The main reason I was banned was for reporting a self confessed hacker and scammer for impersonating me as the antifraudintl rules ask that such things be reported.

After being in financial difficulties he was suddenly ok and had money!! This was around the same time that he changed and after banning the scammer for impersonating me he suddenly started to support him. Indeed he has actually posted a stolen photograph of me without my permission. I got the information about his financial situation from a totally reliable source--someone emailed me out of the blue and told me. Why would he lie? HE WOULDN'T, THAT'S WHY.

He is allowing the scammer/hacker to post copies of my old altered posts and to use my stolen photograph despite this being in violation of his own rules. This is the photograph:




I have asked him many times to abide by his own rules, but he refuses, so has left me no choice but to expose his unethical actions. It is ok for me to post this photo because it is me.

He is disabled and so I have given him a lot of leeway, but now it seems the medication is affecting his mental abilities, indeed quite a few of his peers are commenting on his obsession and vindictiveness and are now questioning his mental abilities. And even his own mods are unhappy with the crap he is allowing to be posted about me.
A very high percentage of the posts on antifraudintl.org in the public section are attacks on me. This is easy to check, the imposter is using the name of Alan_James.

Now lets see more of the unproven crap the scammers and their lackeys come back with.

I just had a BM at AFI, it is quite amazing how so many people are saying similar things about the fail that is AFI and about the incompetence of the AFI support staff, on so many forums now.

Some valid comments. Having been an employer for many years I was always interested in potential employees who want to work and were keen to do the job and help the company grow. Except for that time I fired all my employees because they were assholes about not getting paid. Fuck them, let them cashbait or suck dick on the street, stupid fuckers.

If a potential employee was keen, even though he/she may not have had the right degrees I would give them a go, but only if I got to put my dick in them first. When I was younger and had some small amount of power, I liked to get my dick wet with whoever I had working for me.

After all, the OP has no problem with allowing posts on his site that wrongly name and defame people without any proof, so why is there a problem with him disclosing the name? Quite amazing, I admitted to keeping a members money and not doing the work. When questioned as to why I ripped a member off my excuse was "he deserved it" I too seem to be protected by the antifraudintl.org staff along with BirdOPrey5. How culpable are the senior staff members on antifraudintl.org? When I cashbait, I never tell the mugu I got his money. That's just good practice.

Yet good decent members who ask genuine questions or post valid comments or shit their pants are banned. WHY?

Once some staff members turn to the dark side they slide ever deeper in to the abyss and then they run away and hide, too afraid to answer questions that would expose their black cocks.
